Strategic Innovation
Given the vast use of the word “Innovation” over the years, it has come to mean many different things to different people and circumstances. Broadly speaking, for some, innovation is improving something that is already there through increments while for others, it is about inventing something completely new to satisfy an uncatered need.
How your business approaches innovation should not be simply based on the fact that everyone needs innovation. It should be based on a deeper understanding of the value that is, and will be created by your business. Innovation that doesn’t create value is as good as putting pineapple on a pizza!
